ANNOUNCEMENTS!
This winter the Shoppe is giving our Queen for a Day bathroom a do-over and we thought we’d turn the transformation into a little guessing game contest! The fixtures will be replaced along with an entire new theme, paint, wall and window décor!

The Contest:
Beginning Wed., February 1^st through February 29^th, we will be changing something in the bathroom each week. You will be guessing what the overall theme will end up being with your name going into a random drawing each time you guess. Play as often as you are in the Shoppe taking a class, shopping, cropping or clubbing, but one guess per visit!

The Prize:
25% off total purchase (excluding classes)! Drawing Feb. 29^th at 5pm.

Hero Arts Cards with Jane
Make 3 cards featuring stamps from the 2012 Hero Arts catalog. You will be creating your own background using some of the NEW mid-tone shadow inks. These new shadow inks give you subtle washes of mid-tone color. They are ideal for backgrounds and stamp layering. Bring basic kit.

Home Decor Art Canvas with Jen
Need to break out of the winter blahs? Join me for a fun class that will give you lots of techniques to push you through the winter. We will create a beautiful home decor art canvas that will feature many art techniques all in one! Bring a basic kit and foam brush to class. I will supply the Faber-Castell products and canvas. This bright and cheerful canvas will certainly bring you through the dark, grey days of winter!

Gypsy Basics with Diane
Come and learn how to use your Gypsy! You'll learn the basic features of this wonderful accessory for your Cricut. The Gypsy is a powerful design tool that will help you make the most of all your cartridges. Bring to Class: Your basic kit and your Gypsy, power cord, cartridge link cable, link cable to Cricut, your Cricut machine, its power cord, mat and paper (any will do). Also, if you have never linked a cartridge to your Gypsy, bring one or two cartridges to link.

Gypsy Advanced: ($5.00 discount if you register for the Basics course at the same time!)
Come and learn how to use the advanced features of your Gypsy! Learn how to kern, weld, create templates, merge images, shadow and more. Students of this class must already know the basics of the Gypsy and are comfortable using it, or have taked the Gypsy Basics session.

What to Bring to Class: Basic Kit plus your Gypsy and its power cord, link cable to Cricut, your Cricut machine, its power cord, mat and paper (any will do). Also, if you have never linked a cartridge to your Gypsy, bring one or two cartridges to link.

Cricut Basics
Do you own any of the Cricut machines and not sure what to do with it, or you've tried to use it and are having problems. Come learn the basics of your machine and how to get the most of it. We'll go over the functions and features of the machine, how to size and layer, and how to read the cartridge booklets. Bring your basic kit, Cricut machine, power cords, mats, paper and a cartridge. We'll cut images and layered images so you'll get some basic practice in too.

Class Registration Policy

All classes require pre-payment with credit card or personal check. The payment cannot be transferred to anothr class if you cannot attend. Pre-Payment helps our instructors to prepare kits and materials needed to conduct the class. You are also required to bring your own Basic Kit which consist of scissors, adhesives, glues, ruler, pencil, trimmer, distressing tool, bone folder, X-acto knife, etc.
